How long does approval take?

How do I see trade prices?
Sign in with your approved account — the 15% trade price shows on every regularly priced item and at checkout. No code needed.
Can I order custom or volume pieces?
Yes. Custom finishes, COM / COL upholstery and volume orders are quoted by our team — email us with your project details.
How does tax exemption work?
Upload a signed resale or sales tax certificate for each state where you seek exemption. Once on file, your orders are processed tax-exempt (US only).
