Terms of service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of maisonburgos.com, operated by Manobluedesign LLC dba Maison Burgos. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Products and appearance

We show colors, finishes and materials as accurately as possible, but screens, lighting and dye lots vary. Images are a guide only. We recommend requesting a fabric sample before ordering.

Natural stone varies in color, pattern, texture and veining. These natural characteristics are part of the product and are not defects.

Artisan and handmade pieces are one of a kind; variations from the photos are expected.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Products may sell out or be discontinued.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. Once accepted, made-to-order and custom orders cannot be changed or canceled. In-stock items can be canceled before they ship. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Trade Program

Trade pricing is available only to approved design professionals. We may review, approve, suspend or end Trade accounts at our discretion.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — designs, images, text and logos — belongs to Maison Burgos or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted on the site applies.
