Exceptional in its craftwork, the Nouvelle Vague Side Table rejects traditional conventions in favour of experimentation. Round handmade ceramic pieces, painted in a unique crackle glaze, are placed around a lacquered top, creating a sense of movement that evokes the motion of the waves.
The top is lacquered wood in a choice of eleven colours; the structure is clad in Mar di Giava ceramic tiles, each one handmade and hand-painted, in twenty-six glazes.
At 21 inches across and 23 inches high, it sits beside a sofa or armchair and pairs with the Nouvelle Vague Center Table.
